Recipes: Banana And Oat Pancakes

Prepare a true breakfast for champions with this excellent option of banana and oat pancakes. They are super healthy and only take 10 minutes to make.

 

Prep time: 5 min / Cooking time: 5 min / Makes: 8-10 Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup of oats
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Optional: honey, fruits, or any other topping of your liking

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

STEP 2:

For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into a lightly greased pan. You can use butter or oil to grease it. Cook each side for 2 minutes until they are golden brown.

STEP 3:

Top your pancakes with your favorite fruits and 1 tablespoon of honey.
