Ingredients:
3 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts (can be almonds, pistachios, walnuts, etc.)
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups of shredded coconut
1/3 cup agave honey
1/3 cup bee honey
1/3 cup yacon honey
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup dried raisins or cranberries
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix all ingredients (except raisins or dried cranberries) in a bowl.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
Bake the granola mixture for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden/brown in color.
Wait for the granola to cool, then stir in the raisins or dried cranberries.
