Chica Latina inspires girls to become conscious, strong, creative, empathic women, capable of realizing their dreams and leaving their mark on the world. We create videos, articles, interviews, content, and products aligned with this purpose.

Chica Latina’s founder, Jackie, is a Peruvian-born entrepreneur, senior advisor, mentor, and author. Her dream is to make Chica Latina’s purpose a reality. 

She holds a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She has worked in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America in the private, public, academic, and NGO sectors. She has also served on several boards of directors.
