Recipes: Turmeric Latte

Today, we will teach you how to make a turmeric latte, a delicious beverage that will bring many benefits to our health and warm us during these cold days.


Do you know the health benefits of turmeric? These are some:

  • Boosts our immune system
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Improves digestion
  • Helps us fight colds and flus


  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of black pepper


Step 1

In a small pot over medium-low heat, pour in the vegetable milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla and black pepper.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients for about 10 minutes, making sure that the mixture does not boil. Once the color of our drink becomes a uniform yellow color, remove it from the heat.

Step 3

Pour the turmeric latte in your favorite mug and enjoy!
