Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of non-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 slabs of Hershey’s Cookies & Creme chocolate
- 3 packages Oreo cookies
Instructions:
- In a bowl mix the butter, sugars, egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl sift together the prepared flour and cornstarch, then add the salt.
- Then, a little by little, incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Crush the Oreo cookies and break the chocolate slabs into small pieces, then add them to the mixture.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 Celsius).
- Form small balls with the cookie dough and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and you’re done!
