Recipes: Delicious Oreo Cookies


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of non-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 slabs of Hershey’s Cookies & Creme chocolate
  • 3 packages Oreo cookies


  1. In a bowl mix the butter, sugars, egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl sift together the prepared flour and cornstarch, then add the salt.
  3. Then, a little by little, incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  4. Crush the Oreo cookies and break the chocolate slabs into small pieces, then add them to the mixture.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 Celsius).
  7. Form small balls with the cookie dough and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes and you’re done!
