Recipes: Frozen Yogurt And Granola For Breakfast

Try this delicious recipe of frozen yogurt with granola for breakfast! A healthy and simple breakfast to enjoy our mornings 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of granola
  • 2 table spoons of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 1/4 cups of greek yogurt
  • Red berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries)
  • Extra granola for topping

Instructions:

Step 1

Mix the peanut butter with the honey until you have a uniform mixture. If necessary, heat the mixture in the microwave or on the stove to make sure they mix well.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the honey and peanut butter mixture with the granola.

Step 3

In a muffin tin, place approximately 8 cupcake liners and put equal amounts of the granola mixture into each of them. Once this is done, press the mixture on each cupcake liner until you have a uniform layer.

Step 4

Top the granola layers with some greek yogurt. Divide the amount of yogurt equally through the cupcake liners. If the greek yogurt you have is unsweetened, you can mix it with some honey before completing this step.

Step 5

Lastly, decorate them with the toppings of your choice. You can use red berries, more granola, cacao nibs, chocolate, or even mint leaves. Once this is done, put them in the freezer for at least to hour.

Step 6

Preferably, take your yogurt cups out of the freezer half an hour before you eat them. This will allow them to soften a bit and for you to enjoy them even more. We hope you like them as much as we did! <3
