Recipes: Healthy Smoothie Bowl

This recipe is for 1 serving


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Add the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.

Then, we pour the smoothie into our bowl or container of choice.

Now, we add our favorite toppings. These can be granola, your favorite fruit, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, seeds and many more.

That’s it! Now you have a delicious banana, chocolate and peanut butter smoothie bowl. It will fill you with energy to start the day on the right foot.
