Highly recommended not only for its story, but for its writing ... full of adventures that captivate girls. My daughters (7 and 4 years old) read it and ask me to read it to them many times!

A very entertaining story, beautifully written and illustrated! The main characters, two sisters, are the heroines of this adventure that combines magic and culture.
It seems to be the first book of a series that promises quality and content, and introduces youngsters to the historical past of Peru, and the Empire of the Incas. It also seems to be a good read for adults learning Spanish that are at an intermediate level. Excellent and highly recommended!

Wonderful story
Catalina y Sofia en el mundo súbterraneo del Cusco, represents an original tale of two sisters who while visiting Cusco are magically transported to the Inca Empire. They meet Inca Pachacutec, and get to learn the wonders of the Inca civilization. This book, which promises to be the first in a series, is a great addition for young readers willing to practice and improve their Spanish.

Elegantly used historical and mythological settings, enhance brotherly love, friendship, and personal discovery—overall, a delightful reading experience with beautiful illustrations. I hope to read many more stories from Catalina and Sofia! A recommended for all ages!
