Have you already chosen a Mother’s Day gift for your mom? This Sunday, you can give her a bouquet of flowers made with your own hands! You can do it by yourself or with the help of your siblings. Here’s how – Cata?
Materials:
- Construction paper of your favorite color
- A pencil
- Six long skewers
- Scissors
- Tape or glue
Instructions:
Step 1
Cut a piece of yellow construction paper of about 2 inches long. Then, cut small strips from one side of the piece of paper, as shown in the picture below.
Step 2
Wrap the paper around one of the skewers and stick it using tape or glue. Then, fold out the strips of paper.
Step 3
Draw the outline of your hand on a piece of construction paper and cut it out.
Step 4
Wrap the paper hand around the same skewer you used before, joining the ends of the base of your hand. Stick it as shown in the picture below.
Step 5
Fold out the petals of your flower.
Step 6
Repeat all the above steps until you have six flowers (or as many as you want). Finally you can put them in a small pot or roll them up in a paper like we did. We hope you like how everything turned out!
