Today we will show you how to make these charming bats to decorate your house on Halloween or to stuff them with candy and give them away! 🎃
Materials
- Toilet paper roll
- Black cardboard
- Craft eyes
- Rubber
- Pencil
- Black paint
- Brush
- Scissors
Instructions:
Step 1
Paint the toilet paper roll with the black paint and let it dry.
Step 2
Fold each end of the paper roll and glue the sides together. You will end up with two little “bat ears,” as seen in the picture below. Then paste the eyes.
Step 3
Cut the black cardboard into a 21cm x 15cm rectangle and fold it in half, so that you have a 10.5cm x 15cm rectangle. Then draw the bat’s wing on one side of the card.
Step 4
Cut out the wing with the folded cardboard. Then open the wings, glue them on the painted cardboard tube and that’s it! It is ready!
Step 5
You can make several of these and decorate your home. If you want to use them to give away candies, you can wrap the candies in tissue paper, put them in the tube, and then seal the end that was left open the same way you did in Step 2.😊
