Surprise Breakfast! Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

If you want to spoil someone with a very quick, healthy, and tasty breakfast, you've come to the right place! These oatmeal banana pancakes are a great option to enjoy when you crave, organize breakfast with your family or friends, or for a surprise breakfast. Plus, if you make them with gluten-free oats, you can share them with people who are allergic or intolerant to gluten, and they are also delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Optional: Honey, fruits, or toppings of your choice.

Preparation:

Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Step 2:

To make each pancake, pour two tablespoons of the batter into a lightly greased pan - you can use butter or oil spray to fry the pancakes. Cook each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3:

Place a plate on the side with a paper towel or napkin, and walk around, placing the cooked pancakes there so that the paper absorbs any leftover grease.

Step 4:

Once you have finished frying them, serve them and accompany them with your favorite fruits. They look great with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Add honey to taste, and that's it! We prefer natural maple syrup, but you could also use bee honey 🐝  🌻  🐝
