Breakfast or Dessert? You decide! Try this yogurt and fruit parfait.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups granola
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
In a bowl, add the yogurt and mix it with the honey and cinnamon.
STEP 2:
We begin serving little by little, in levels: first, the yogurt, then the fruits, and finally, the granola.
STEP 3:
We repeat the process until we reach the top of a short glass. We decorate by bathing with granola.
