- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt
- ground black pepper
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Spread the avocado on the toast.
- Season with the desired amount of salt and pepper.
AVOCADO AND EGGS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the egg. Cook until the egg whites are no longer translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the avocado on the toast.
- Top with the fried egg.
CAPRESE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 4-6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 3 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread.
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a small bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread the avocado over the toast.
- Top with the cherry tomato and basil vinaigrette.
STRAWBERRY CAPRESE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice of bread
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoons cheese crumbs
PREPARATION
- Toast the bread.
- In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Layer avocado with sliced strawberries.
- Top with cheese.
