Homemade granola?
The advantage of making homemade granola is that you can always vary it and add your favorite ingredients.

How to make your granola? Let's see...
Ingredients:
(This recipe is for 12 servings)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, walnuts, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup agave honey
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup yacon honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup of bee honey
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup raisins or dried cranberries 1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then, mix all the ingredients (except the raisins or dried cranberries) in a bowl.
- Now spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Once the oven is at the desired temperature, bake the granola mixture for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden/brown.
- Once golden brown, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool. Then, add the raisins or dried cranberries.
- It's that simple! Now you have a delicious granola to eat with everything!
- You can eat it on its own, with cow's or vegetable milk, with yogurt, or sprinkle it on top of smoothie bowls—there are so many ways to eat it!
