To start, we will need:
- 1 cup of vegetable milk, such as almond, coconut, or the type you prefer.
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Pinch of black pepper
Preparation:
Step 1
Once you have gathered the ingredients, pour the plant-based milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla, and black pepper into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
Step 2
While heating, blend the ingredients for about 10 minutes, ensuring the mixture does not boil. Please remove it from the heat once our drink is a uniform yellow.
