Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Prepare a real breakfast for champions. An excellent option is the delicious banana and oatmeal pancakes, which are super healthy and take only 10 minutes to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Optional: Honey, fruits, or toppings of your choice.

PREPARATION

STEP 1:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

STEP 2:

To make each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons of batter into a lightly greased pan. You can use butter or pancake spray oil. Cook each side for 2 minutes until golden brown.

STEP 3:

Serve and accompany with your favorite fruits. Add one teaspoon of honey, and you're done.
