INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
- Optional: Honey, fruits, or toppings of your choice.
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
STEP 2:
To make each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons of batter into a lightly greased pan. You can use butter or pancake spray oil. Cook each side for 2 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 3:
Serve and accompany with your favorite fruits. Add one teaspoon of honey, and you're done.
