A smoothie bowl is a healthy and enjoyable way to start your day or treat yourself at another time when you want something sweet. Especially if you love fruit, this recipe is just for you, as it's enough for one serving. If you want to share it, multiply the recipe by the number of people.

Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Preparation:
Add the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Add the ingredients a few at a time so as not to force the blender too much.
Then, we pour the smoothie into our bowl or container of choice.
Now, we add our favorite toppings. These can be granola, favorite fruit, cocoa nibs, shredded coconut, seeds, etc.
That's it! You now have a delicious banana, chocolate, and peanut butter smoothie bowl. It will fill you with energy to start the day strong.
